Senior Software Engineer

Cato Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a pioneer in converging enterprise networking and security into a centralized cloud service, Cato Networks is at the forefront of the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) market. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, positioning us as a global market leader.

In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end development, from processing large-scale data to designing and implementing web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including product management, research, data science, SOC and NOC services, and automation teams, to design and implement enterprise platform solutions. Additionally, you will research and adapt new technologies to enhance our products and work with advanced machine learning technologies to further accelerate our security capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of backend development experience, with proficiency in Java, Go, Spring Boot, and GraphQL. A strong knowledge of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases is essential. Experience in building and operating SaaS microservices with high scale and load in production, as well as testing services in a continuous integration methodology, is required. A BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university is also necessary.
