As a Senior Solution Architect Team Lead at Eurofins, you will play a pivotal role in guiding architectural decisions and ensuring the adoption of consistent, Azure-ready, and reliable practices across teams. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of architects, fostering a collaborative environment and driving change to ensure consistent practices across products, teams, and domains. Your responsibilities include validating business requirements from a technical perspective, translating them into actionable solution designs, and maintaining updated system documentation, including diagrams, data flows, metadata, and integration views. Additionally, you will guide the organization in designing and building effectively on Azure, defining cloud foundations such as governance, identity and access, security-by-design, compliance, cost optimization, observability, performance, and reliability.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in a similar architecture role. Proven experience in solution architecture, particularly in designing distributed systems and cloud-based platforms, is essential. A strong understanding of Azure services, architectural trade-offs, cloud governance, and cost-awareness is required. Familiarity with concepts such as event-driven architecture, integration patterns, API management, and container strategies is also important. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
Eurofins offers a competitive compensation package, including 13 monthly salaries per year, with a net monthly salary range of 25,000 to 28,000 RON.
