Senior Solution Architect Team Lead (f/m)

As a Senior Solution Architect Team Lead at Eurofins, you will play a pivotal role in guiding architectural decisions and ensuring alignment across teams. In this role, you will empower the architecture team by onboarding, mentoring, and aligning goals and expectations. You will validate business requirements from a technical perspective, translate them into actionable solution designs, and maintain updated system documentation. Additionally, you will lead Azure solution architecture, guiding the organization in designing and building effectively on Azure, and champion software quality by defining non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and resilience.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in a similar architecture role. Proven experience in solution architecture, particularly in designing distributed systems and cloud-based platforms, is essential. Strong understanding of Azure services, architectural trade-offs, and cloud governance is required, along with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
