Senior Solution Architect Team Lead (f/m)
Eurofins is seeking a Senior Solution Architect Team Lead to guide architectural decisions, strengthen governance, and support the organization in adopting a consistent, Azure-ready, and reliable way of working. This role involves leading a team of architects to ensure high-quality outcomes and sound engineering practices across various products and domains.
Key responsibilities include acting as a cohesive architecture team leader, onboarding and mentoring architects, validating business requirements from a technical perspective, and translating them into actionable solution designs. The role also involves defining and stewarding system-wide architecture, leading Azure solution architecture, and championing software quality and non-functional requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in a similar architecture role. Proven experience in solution architecture, particularly in designing distributed systems and cloud-based platforms, is essential. Strong understanding of Azure services, architectural trade-offs, cloud governance, and cost-awareness is required. Familiarity with concepts such as event-driven architecture, integration patterns, API management, and container strategies is also important.
Compensation for this position includes 13 monthly salaries per year, with a net monthly salary range of 22,000 to 25,000 RON.
