Senior Solution Architect Team Lead (f/m)
As a Senior Solution Architect Team Lead at Eurofins, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our architecture supports high-quality outcomes, sound engineering practices, and effective alignment across teams. You will guide architectural decisions, strengthen governance, and support the organization in adopting a consistent, Azure-ready, and reliable way of working.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of architects, validating business requirements from a technical perspective, and translating them into actionable solution designs. You will contribute to a coherent architecture across teams by defining clear architectural pillars and ensuring they are followed. Additionally, you will guide the organization in designing and building effectively on Azure, defining cloud foundations, and ensuring technical choices leverage appropriate Azure services or custom components when justified.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in a similar architecture role. Proven experience in Solution Architecture, particularly in designing distributed systems and cloud-based platforms, is essential. A strong understanding of Azure services, architectural trade-offs, cloud governance, and cost-awareness is required. Familiarity with concepts such as event-driven architecture, integration patterns, API management, and container strategies is also important. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.
