Mozilla is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support the growth of Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to engage with enterprise clients, focusing on evaluating, validating, and deploying Firefox Enterprise in secure and complex environments. The position is remote, based in Germany, and offers an opportunity to contribute to Mozilla's mission of promoting an open and accessible internet.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities across the DACH region. Responsibilities include leading technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners, conducting workshops with stakeholders in security, infrastructure, and endpoint management, and assisting customers in evaluating Firefox Enterprise's deployment, policy management, and security controls. The role also involves designing and supporting pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans, as well as advising on deployment models and integration approaches.

Candidates should have significant experience (7+ years) in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect. A strong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, and browser security is essential. Hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise deployment, policy management, certificates, SSO, and SIEM ecosystems is required. The ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical configurations and communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior stakeholders is crucial. Fluency in German and strong English communication skills are necessary.
