Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH), Firefox Enterprise
Mozilla is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support the growth of Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to assist enterprises in evaluating, validating, and deploying Firefox Enterprise within secure and complex environments. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility and engagement with clients across the DACH region.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners, conducting workshops with stakeholders in security, infrastructure, and endpoint management, and guiding customers through evaluations of Firefox Enterprise. The role also involves designing and supporting pilots, advising on deployment models and architecture decisions, and ensuring interoperability across systems such as SSO, MFA, and SIEM. Additionally, the engineer will create reusable technical assets and support partners involved in deployment and integration.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager. A strong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, and browser security is essential. Hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise deployment, policy management, certificates, and identity integrations is required. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and German and be comfortable working across ambiguous situations to help customers transition from evaluation to deployment.
