Senior Solutions Engineer - EMEA
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at LaunchDarkly, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with Account Executives to secure and expand strategic enterprise accounts across the EMEA region. This position involves leading technical evaluations, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving the adoption of LaunchDarkly's feature management platform to enhance software delivery processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with Account Executives to qualify and develop strategic enterprise deals, providing insights into industry trends, and translating complex technical capabilities into business outcomes. You will lead high-impact demonstrations and proofs of value, ensuring that customers recognize the tangible benefits of adopting LaunchDarkly's solutions. Additionally, you will maintain deep connections with technical and business stakeholders through on-site visits and continuous engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, feature flags, and progressive delivery. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows is highly desirable. Strong hands-on technical skills are essential, enabling you to design and lead technical demonstrations and workshops independently. Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, along with a proven track record of driving substantial enterprise deals, is also required.
