Senior Specialist / Manager, Boomi Developer, Business Systems
Lila Sciences is seeking a Boomi Developer to design, build, and support integrations that power our core business systems. This role involves end-to-end integration delivery in Boomi AtomSphere, collaborating closely with Finance, People Operations, IT, and Go-To-Market stakeholders. Experience with procure-to-pay and onboarding/offboarding workflows is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Boomi AtomSphere integrations across various platforms such as ERP, HCM, IAM, CRM, ITSM, and data systems. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable integration designs, implementing robust error handling, managing Boomi Master Data Hub for data quality, and ensuring data security and compliance. Additionally, the developer will optimize existing integrations for performance and cost, manage CI/CD processes, and provide production support within defined SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in integrations or iPaaS, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere. Proficiency in API design and integration, strong data transformation skills, solid SQL fundamentals, and experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD are essential. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders are also required.
Lila Sciences offers competitive compensation, including bonus potential and generous early equity. The expected base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $144,000 USD.
