In this advanced end-to-end recruitment role, you will act as a strategic advisor to Product Engineering leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, focusing on senior and niche product engineering roles. This includes strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding preparation. Additionally, you will establish best practices, mentor junior team members, and shape the overall talent strategy and employer brand for engineers.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting product engineering talent within fast-paced, high-growth environments. A strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and the product development lifecycle is essential. While not required to be an engineer, you should possess the ability to confidently discuss various programming languages, cloud platforms, microservices architectures, data technologies, and DevOps tools. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building credible relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates at all levels.
