Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Energy Origination
Hut 8 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the recruitment strategy for its Energy Origination team. This role is pivotal in attracting specialized talent within the energy, power, and infrastructure sectors, including professionals such as power developers, energy analysts, land and permitting specialists, and project finance experts. The position is based at Hut 8's corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans aligned with business priorities, proactively build and maintain a pipeline of specialized energy talent through industry engagement and direct outreach, and manage the end-to-end candidate experience with speed and transparency. Additionally, the role involves tracking and sharing market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities to inform Hut 8's positioning.
Candidates should have experience recruiting for specialized roles in energy, power, or infrastructure sectors, either in-house or through agencies. The ability to build trust with senior leaders, provide strategic advice, and possess strong market knowledge to effectively source and engage energy talent is essential. A deep understanding of the Energy Origination process and the broader energy and power industry, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail, is required. The role demands a proactive approach in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
