The Senior Technical Solution Consultant, Enterprise role at Canva involves partnering closely with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to advance complex enterprise opportunities and address technical challenges during the sales cycle. This position requires leading in-depth technical discovery sessions with IT, Security, and Architecture stakeholders to comprehend customer environments and deployment needs. The consultant will manage identity and provisioning discussions, including SSO, SCIM, group provisioning, lifecycle management, and enterprise deployment design. Additionally, the role entails designing and delivering customized technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments to validate Canva's integration within complex enterprise settings. The consultant will also showcase Canva’s Admin APIs and integration capabilities, developing workflow examples that illustrate how Canva fits into broader enterprise technology infrastructures. Acting as a trusted technical authority, the consultant will participate in security reviews, RFPs, and architectural discussions, while helping to shape scalable adoption strategies for customers. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams is essential to share enterprise feedback, refine playbooks, and influence technical strategy. Candidates should have significant experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within a SaaS environment. They must be adept at leading enterprise customer conversations with IT, Security, and Architecture stakeholders, confidently navigating both technical depth and executive-level storytelling. A strong background in enterprise identity and access concepts, including SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM 2.0 provisioning, is required. Proficiency in designing and explaining REST API workflows, integration patterns, and scalable deployment architectures is also necessary. Experience with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, or Ping, and the ability to map these into customer lifecycle and governance models, is important. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, is naturally collaborative, and excels at translating complex technical requirements into clear business value. Bonus points are awarded for experience with creative workflows, brand governance, asset management, workflow automation, or enterprise adoption models at scale. The target salary range for this position is $163,000 to $187,000, with compensation decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
