GoFundMe is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role involves becoming a resident troubleshooting expert, acting as a liaison between Customer Support and technical leads, and coordinating with developers on projects and product support. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in technical support engineering or similar roles, with strong expertise in issue triage and bug tracking tools.

Key responsibilities include managing and owning the customer experience across the platform, particularly as it relates to unexpected behavior. The role requires working with cross-functional partners to triage and prioritize defects, supporting and mentoring other Technical Support Engineers, attending scrum meetings, and supporting account management teams as necessary. Additionally, the position involves creating and maintaining internal documentation, serving as a point of contact for hotfix escalations, and supporting business-critical product functions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A process-oriented approach to tasks, adaptability, empathy, and a passion for driving community engagement are essential. Experience with SaaS application integrations and expertise in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, are required. Strong familiarity with, or interest in, the nonprofit community is a plus.
