Senior Traffic Coordinator
WPP Media is seeking a Senior Traffic Coordinator to join our team in New York. As part of Wavemaker, a division of WPP, this role focuses on managing and supporting campaigns across broadcast and digital media channels. The position ensures that all creative assets are fully vetted, accurately distributed, and accompanied by clear, actionable guidance for broadcasters, digital publishers, and platform partners.
The Senior Traffic Coordinator will manage end-to-end creative asset trafficking across broadcast and digital campaigns, ensuring all materials meet technical, platform, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying creative assets before activation, providing detailed instructions to broadcasters and digital publishing teams, and collaborating with creative agencies and client production teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves tracking and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines across several client portfolios.
Candidates should have experience in managing creative asset trafficking across broadcast and digital campaigns. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Ad Operations, Planning, and Activation. Proficiency in reviewing and verifying creative assets, as well as providing clear instructions to external partners, is required.
