DriveWealth is seeking a proactive Treasury Specialist with over five years of experience to join our dynamic financial environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to move beyond routine maintenance and actively contribute to scaling our liquidity and capital frameworks. As a key member of our team, you will manage the funding lifecycle for diverse asset classes, including equities, options, and cryptocurrencies, directly influencing how the firm navigates growth and complexity.

In this position, you will develop and refine models to forecast liquidity and capital needs as the business expands into new markets and products. Responsibilities include monitoring existing liquidity and capital requirements, ensuring optimal buffers during high-volume periods, and assisting in building the treasury infrastructure to manage the movement of funds and collateral across various financial instruments. Additionally, you will lead critical initiatives, from establishing funding strategies to optimizing liquidity and capital management, with full ownership from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of margin mechanics and the operational flow of equities and options, along with core competency in managing large datasets using platforms like Databricks. A strong interest in applying AI tools to enhance financial workflows is essential. Effective communication skills are crucial, as you will translate complex data into actionable insights across all levels of the organization. A hands-on approach with the ability to lead project executions independently in a lean, agile environment is highly valued. Possession of SIE, Series 99, and/or Series 7 licenses is preferred. This role requires presence in the New York office at least four days a week.

Compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $225,000 annually, based on experience and technical qualifications. The package includes competitive compensation, equity, and a 401(k) match. We also offer full insurance coverage, a wellness reimbursement, a company-provided phone, and a personal development allowance. Generous paid time off, observed holidays, and extended leave are provided to support work-life balance.
