Senior UI/UX Designer

OVERVIEW:

ARB Interactive is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design efforts across our suite of products. This role will own the end-to-end design process for one or more product verticals, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create compelling user experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a strategic mindset and deep empathy for users.

Experience in mobile UX/UI design is required, and familiarity with gaming, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes mechanics is strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the UX and UI design for one or more Modo product teams, from concept to launch and beyond.

- Translate product vision and user needs into elegant, functional, and engaging user interfaces.

- Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across all surfaces.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design direction.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity mockups with a strong attention to detail.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure designs are feasible, optimized, and aligned with product goals.
