Server - Ludlow House

At Ludlow House, a Soho House property in New York's Lower East Side, the Server plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to members and guests. This position requires a deep understanding of the menu, including all dishes and potential allergens, to provide informed recommendations and ensure guest satisfaction. The Server collaborates closely with the Food & Beverage team to uphold the high service standards synonymous with Soho House.

Key responsibilities include accurately entering orders into the POS system, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct food delivery, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions. The Server is also tasked with maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas, assisting with pre-service setup and post-service breakdown, and supporting fellow team members to ensure seamless operations.

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, upscale environment. Strong communication skills, a hospitable demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. Proficiency with POS systems and a valid food handler's certificate are also necessary.
