The Shareholder Representative Imports Analyst at SRS Acquiom plays a pivotal role in managing and processing complex post-closing payment allocation data. This position is integral to the Shareholder Representation team, ensuring accurate data importation and reporting within the company's system of record. SRS Acquiom is a leader in financial services technology, specializing in streamlining mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and loan agency transactions.
Key responsibilities include interpreting and auditing intricate post-closing allocation spreadsheets, developing guidelines for data interpretation, and manipulating data for import into the system of record. The analyst will manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals, track each deal through its phases, and ensure seamless progress. Additional duties involve importing and exporting files for use in the system of record, confirming data accuracy for shareholder reporting, and collaborating with other teams to meet data requirements. Maintaining up-to-date operations manuals and guidelines, managing vendor relationships, and responding to inquiries in line with customer service standards are also essential aspects of the role.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a financial operations analyst is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula writing and interpretation, is essential; experience with VBA is a plus. Familiarity with sophisticated ERP systems and the ability to develop work streams and workarounds to achieve business objectives are important. Experience working in cross-functional and geographically diverse environments, a high awareness of operational risk and critical timelines, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines are also necessary. Knowledge of the M&A process is advantageous.
The position offers a salary range between $65,000 and $72,000, depending on experience level.
