Shift Lead - Wolt Market Keleti

Wolt is seeking a Shift Lead to join the team at Wolt Market Keleti in Budapest, Hungary. As a Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated associates. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Wolt's innovative grocery delivery service.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and acting as the point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager. You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during your shift, monitoring team performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will participate in developing store procedures and processes to enhance overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or warehouse settings, with a preference for those who have held supervisory roles. Strong leadership skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are essential. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as the store operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekends. Fluency in Hungarian is mandatory, and a basic understanding of English is advantageous.
