Site Manager Production Center (f/m/x)
As the Site Manager of our new Production Center, you will oversee the reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are professionally repaired and prepared for successful placement on the Autohero platform. You will act as the key connector between various repair teams, external partners, and our logistics network, maintaining close contact with colleagues at our Berlin headquarters.
Your primary responsibilities include leading a production center of over 70 employees, planning and managing daily operations to achieve optimal car quality and output while maintaining cost efficiency. You will scale up production capacities to meet growth targets, build and enhance relationships within our local network of partners, and implement processes aligned with headquarters' objectives. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement among on-site teams.
The ideal candidate possesses over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry or a production/manufacturing environment, a university degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, and exceptional team management skills with experience leading large teams. Experience in rapidly scaling businesses or leading ramp-up operations is advantageous. A proven track record in optimizing processes and achieving efficiencies in production, logistics, or shop floor operations is essential. Fluency in German and English is required.
