Site Operations Manager II
May Mobility is seeking a Site Operations Manager II to lead the operational site in Atlanta, GA. This role involves overseeing a team of Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted Autonomous Vehicle Operators to ensure seamless shuttle operations. The Site Operations Manager will be directly responsible to business partners, customers, and passengers, becoming an expert in integrating May Mobility into the city's transportation culture.
Key responsibilities include ensuring operations adhere to rigorous safety guidelines, implementing and overseeing daily protocols and reporting, tracking site performance metrics to systematically improve outcomes, and meeting financial goals aligned with the site operating budget. The role also involves ensuring exceptional service for both customers and passengers, partnering with People Operations for staffing and performance management decisions, and collaborating with engineers when technical issues arise. Additionally, the Site Operations Manager will train new site leadership, test new vehicle technology rollouts, and create a work environment that values all team members and embodies May Mobility's values.
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience as a people leader in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment. Proven experience making judgment calls in ambiguous situations, developing processes, and managing projects is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms, strict attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization are required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. A valid U.S. Driver's License and willingness to undergo a driving record check are also necessary.
