Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online forums and social channels, organizing virtual and in-person events, creating educational content, gathering user feedback, and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and support teams. The manager serves as the primary point of contact for SMB community members, resolving their inquiries and ensuring their voices are heard within the company.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in community management, particularly supporting SMBs or B2B audiences. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a proactive and empathetic approach to building online communities. Familiarity with Canva or similar SaaS platforms and a demonstrated ability to drive engagement across diverse digital channels will be highly valued. Experience in project management, content creation, and event coordination is also important.
