The SMB Sales Development Representative at Wellhub will be a key member of the Client Development team in Rome, Italy. The company operates internationally, with headquarters in New York City and team members across Europe, North America, and South America.

In this role, the representative will focus on identifying and engaging small and medium-sized business (SMB) prospects throughout the Italian market. Responsibilities include conducting strategic outbound prospecting, building and managing a personal pipeline, and maintaining high activity levels through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, video meetings, and social selling. The role also involves connecting with HR and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, developing innovative engagement strategies, and effectively communicating Wellhub's value proposition to position employee wellbeing as a strategic business investment.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of professional experience, with familiarity in tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Lusha, or Apollo. Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English are required. The ideal candidate is tenacious, goal-driven, adaptable, coachable, creative, collaborative, and insatiably curious, with a polished, consultative, and executive-level presence.

Compensation for this role is governed by the Italian collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for employees in the tertiary, distribution, and services sectors. The position is classified at Livello III, with a gross annual salary of €30,000.00. This salary includes standard base pay components, as well as the 13th-month salary paid in December and the 14th-month salary paid in July, totaling 14 monthly payments. The annual salary is based on a full-time, 40-hour workweek, with monthly payments made at the end of each month in line with the regular payroll cycle.
