Social Auditor

Eurofins is seeking a Social Auditor to join our Assurance network, which assists clients in identifying and mitigating risks within their supply chains across various industries, including food, consumer products, and healthcare. This role involves conducting social audits to ensure compliance with labor, ethics, health and safety, and environmental standards, thereby safeguarding clients from potential brand damage and product recalls.

The Social Auditor will be responsible for executing assigned social audits, coordinating audit processes among team members, and ensuring that all audits meet Eurofins CPA and client expectations. Key duties include producing accurate and timely reports, adhering to the Eurofins CPA Code of Ethics, and following established policies and procedures. Additionally, the auditor will manage record-keeping, utilize client platforms and tools as instructed, and address any job-related tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Candidates should possess an APSCA CSCA/RA level certification and have 3-5 years of experience in social compliance auditing, with preference given to those approved by WRAP or SLCP. Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, or Hindi is required, along with a solid understanding of local laws and international standards related to labor, ethics, health and safety, and the environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools are also essential.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and spoken, in English. High leadership and supervisory skills are important, as well as being result-oriented and adept at problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in managing claims and conducting Control Improvement Processes (CIP), is also desirable.
