Social Media Lead (CEX)
The Social Media Lead at Hyphen Connect will spearhead the global social media strategy for a top-tier digital asset exchange serving millions of users worldwide. This role involves managing a multi-platform social media matrix, driving content innovation, and ensuring growth governance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional teams, content creators, and marketing leadership to maintain global consistency with local relevance.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a robust Twitter roadmap aligned with broader marketing objectives, producing high-impact visual assets such as memes, GIFs, and short-form videos, and cultivating an active and supportive online community through daily interactions. The role also entails coordinating and hosting live AMA sessions with industry specialists, evaluating key performance indicators to refine strategies, monitoring evolving platform algorithms and digital trends, and partnering with internal departments to maintain a unified brand identity across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing professional social media profiles, particularly on Twitter, and possess prior experience within a Centralized Exchange (CEX) environment. A deep understanding of the crypto space and decentralized communities is essential, along with a natural aptitude for meme-driven communication to engage audiences effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A strong alignment with Gen Z behaviors and preferences, coupled with proficiency in analytical tools for tracking social media metrics, is also necessary.
