Social Security Disability Attorney
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its expanding practice. This role offers the flexibility to be based in any of the firm's offices across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Security Disability law and a commitment to advocating for clients' rights.
In this position, the attorney will manage a substantial caseload, guiding clients through the complexities of the Social Security Disability process. Responsibilities include preparing for and attending hearings and court appearances, handling daily case management, and effectively delegating tasks to a team of case staff. The role demands a proactive approach to client service and case progression.
Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of experience in Social Security Disability law is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Strong client service and communication skills, as well as superior writing and oral advocacy abilities, are essential.
