Software Engineer, Fullstack (Omnichannel)
Dialpad is seeking a talented and experienced Software Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role focuses on developing the next generation of our omnichannel Contact Center products, utilizing modern frontend and backend technologies. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will contribute to building high-quality, scalable web applications that enhance customer communications.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Dialpad's web applications, providing technical resource estimates, and ensuring timely execution of projects within the omnichannel contact center communications space. Your day-to-day activities will include developing well-tested features, reviewing technical designs, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting existing features, and staying updated with the latest backend platform technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Vue.js, Typescript, Python, and Java is essential, along with experience in cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, and familiarity with agile development processes are also required.
