Software Engineer - Platform (Frameworks, AI, Automation) Sr. Associate

In this role, the Senior Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for building and evolving a cloud-native platform that enables teams across the firm to develop, deploy, and operate secure, scalable software. The position involves treating the platform as a product, focusing on creating "Golden Paths" to reduce cognitive load for developers, and collaborating closely with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of developers and analysts.

Proficiency in Python is highly preferred, along with experience in building internal platforms, shared services, or developer tooling.
