As a Solution Consultant at Mirakl, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the successful integration of our enterprise marketplace platform. Collaborating closely with the Customer Success team, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that clients effectively implement and utilize Mirakl's solutions to achieve their e-commerce objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading clients through the platform launch process, conducting solution presentations, and facilitating design workshops to help clients make informed architectural and functional decisions. Post-launch, you will identify strategic opportunities for clients, such as international expansion or adopting new business models, and support them in implementing these initiatives. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, address design or implementation challenges, and serve as a liaison between clients and our Product teams to enhance platform value and incorporate client feedback into product development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in implementation, pre-sales, integrations, or project management, with a solid understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem. A strong grasp of marketplace and e-commerce business models, including catalog and offer management, pricing, order lifecycle, payments, and third-party seller operations, is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives. Experience in leading discovery sessions, designing technical solutions for SaaS platforms, and familiarity with web technologies such as JSON/XML, responsive design, and RESTful APIs are also important. Fluency in English is mandatory.
