As a Solutions Attorney at GC AI, you will play a pivotal role in integrating legal expertise with advanced AI technologies to address complex legal challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting high-impact AI prompts, collaborating directly with in-house lawyers to understand and optimize their workflows, and leading training sessions to promote the adoption of AI tools within legal practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence product development and directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of legal teams.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of legal experience, including at least two years in an in-house setting. A genuine passion for AI and its applications in the legal field is essential, along with hands-on experience with legal tech tools such as contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and automation software. Strong client-facing skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proven capacity for rapid learning and creative problem-solving are also crucial for success in this role.
Compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $260,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
