Solutions Consultant
Vistairhr is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team in Irving, Texas. This role is integral to the company's mission of consolidating its Operational Content Management portfolio onto a single platform, incorporating an AI layer to enhance functionality. The Solutions Consultant will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.
In this position, the Solutions Consultant will be responsible for managing the company's suite of products, including ContentManager365, DocuNet, ProAuthor, AI Assistant, and CoAuthor. Key duties involve developing and maintaining standards for discovery flows, demonstration narratives, and solution-mapping. The role also entails leading complex pursuits, such as multi-product and multi-region migrations, and addressing technical inquiries from clients. Additionally, the Solutions Consultant will oversee the demonstration environment, ensuring it accurately reflects real-world scenarios.
Candidates should possess deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation, with experience in flight operations, technical operations, or MRO. A strong understanding of the controlled content lifecycle, including revision control and distribution, is essential. Experience in customer-facing technical roles, particularly in enterprise deals, is highly desirable. The ability to communicate effectively with clients, including addressing complex technical issues, is crucial. Willingness to travel across various regions is also required.
