As a Used Car Sales Specialist at AUTOHERO, you will assist potential customers in finding their next vehicle through our fully online platform. AUTOHERO is an innovative platform for selling high-quality used cars online, operating in nine countries, including Poland, Germany, Austria, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain. We offer our customers over 5,000 cars daily, revolutionizing the used car market by providing a transparent and convenient purchasing process without leaving home.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include selling cars online to individual customers via telephone contact, processing financing and insurance applications, maintaining regular communication with potential clients, keeping the CRM system updated, and ensuring the company's positive image by upholding the highest customer service standards. You will also be expected to achieve set sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a car salesperson, service advisor, or in a similar role, with a strong interest in the automotive industry. Proficiency in sales techniques, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and familiarity with MS Office are essential. Confidence, professionalism in client interactions, responsibility, and a trustworthy demeanor are also required.
