Sr. Accountant

Unison Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Unison is a global investment firm specializing in telecom and renewable infrastructure, owning over 2,200 sites across the United States and Europe.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. Additional duties include supporting the preparation of financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing documentation for internal and external audits. The role also involves analyzing financial data to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite, and strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential. A solid understanding of GAAP and financial regulations, coupled with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, is required. Effective communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also important.

The position offers a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus of 10%. Unison provides a hybrid work schedule, with three days on-site at our Woburn, MA office and two days remote.
