Sr. Associate - Strategic Finance and FP&A
Unison Infrastructure is a global investment firm specializing in telecom and renewable energy infrastructure, managing over 2,200 sites across the United States and Europe. The company is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategic Finance and FP&A to join its finance team in Woburn, MA. This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Finance and collaborates closely with departments such as M&A, Origination, Human Resources, Legal, and senior management to enhance the company's financial performance.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for leading daily financial reporting operations, conducting portfolio performance analyses, and assisting with month-end close and forecasting processes. Key duties include preparing managerial reports with operational KPIs, performing variance analyses against budgets and forecasts, supporting annual budget preparations, and managing cross-border financial data consolidation. The role also involves financial modeling for acquisitions and ensuring compliance with debt facilities.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and have 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a multi-entity global structure. Essential skills include a strong understanding of general accounting principles, financial forecasting techniques, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, complemented by a discretionary bonus.
