Sr. Engagement Manager
is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic delivery for enterprise-level implementations of its Revenue AI Operating System. This role involves managing the entire engagement lifecycle for Gong's most critical clients, including Fortune 500 and 100 companies, ensuring successful organizational adoption and maximizing business value realization.
The Senior Engagement Manager will architect and drive change management strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations. Responsibilities include serving as the executive point of contact for C-level and senior leadership sponsors, leading the implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live transition, and proactively managing project scope and risks. The role also involves conducting discovery workshops to translate business objectives into executable deployment plans for the Gong platform.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in project or program management of enterprise-scale software implementations, preferably within a SaaS environment, and at least 6 years of professional consulting experience delivering custom solutions to Fortune 500/100 clients. Expertise in change management strategy and execution, with a deep understanding of methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, is essential. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and present to C-level and senior management stakeholders are also required.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $133,500 to $157,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
