Sr Executive/Area Sales Manager

Eurofins Genomics is seeking a Senior Executive/Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the genomics sector within the Chandigarh region. This role is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality genomic services to life science industries and academic institutions. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team committed to advancing genomic research and applications.

The primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets for genomics products and services, with a focus on next-generation sequencing, oligonucleotides, and probes. The role involves developing and managing efficient distribution networks, crafting innovative sales and marketing strategies, and collecting and reporting customer and market feedback. Additionally, the position requires analyzing sales data, conducting periodic forecasting, and maintaining regular communication with zonal heads. Extensive travel, approximately 80% per month, is expected to engage with potential and existing customers, present company offerings, and enhance brand awareness.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences or a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences complemented by an MBA. A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in the genomics business, particularly in areas such as next-generation sequencing, oligonucleotides, and probes, is required. Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales are essential for success in this role.
