The Role

As Console’s first GTM recruiting hire, you’ll build the playbook for how we attract and close go-to-market talent. Working alongside our founding recruiter and directly with GTM leaders, you’ll own the full lifecycle from sourcing through close across sales, marketing, growth, partnerships, and operations.

Hands-on and strategic. You’ll own your pipelines end-to-end across every GTM function, and your hiring decisions will directly shape what these teams look like as we scale.

What You’ll Do

- Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from pipeline to close, in a market where strong candidates move fast

- Partner with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like for each role and hold a high bar across every hire

- Source, engage, and close candidates directly, driving the process from first outreach to signed offer

- Work with our founding recruiter and GTM leaders to sharpen interview loops and level up how we evaluate talent
