THE ROLE

You’ll be the recruiting partner for Console’s engineering and applied AI teams. Working alongside our founding recruiter and directly with eng leaders, you’ll own the full lifecycle from sourcing through close across software engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, forward deployed engineering, and security.

Hands-on and strategic. You’ll own your pipelines end-to-end, raise the bar on how we evaluate technical talent, and have real latitude to shape how eng recruiting works here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles, from pipeline to close, in a market where the best candidates have five other offers

- Partner with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like for each role and hold a high bar across every hire

- Get deep into our stack and product so you can talk shop with candidates and assess fit with real nuance

- Source, engage, and close candidates directly, driving the process from first outreach to signed offer
