Sr. Lawyer Croatia & Bosnia (IC2)
Delivery Hero, a global leader in local delivery services operating in around 70 countries, is seeking a Senior Lawyer for Croatia and Bosnia. This role involves collaborating with local teams and the headquarters' legal department to manage daily legal operations in these regions. The position is based in Zagreb, Croatia, and reports directly to the Legal Director for ITSEE.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and analyzing various commercial agreements, providing legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as privacy, labor, and compliance laws, and collaborating with external law firms. The role also involves supporting strategic analysis and implementation, assisting in corporate governance policies, participating in due diligence processes, evaluating risks, and preparing corporate documentation. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential, as the role requires addressing and resolving legal issues as they arise.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a legal department or a reputable law firm, with proven expertise in commercial law, consumer and antitrust law, and labor law. A Bachelor of Laws degree from Croatia or Bosnia is required, along with excellent proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating multiple geographies and cultures, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and be capable of working in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment.
