Sr. Manager, Implementation - Engine X
Engine is seeking a Senior Manager of Implementation for Engine X, a pivotal role within our AI-driven travel platform. This position is remote within the United States and involves leading the implementation strategy for Engine X Card customers, ensuring seamless integration and long-term adoption. In this role, you will craft and execute implementation strategies for Engine X Card customers, ensuring swift activation and clean configuration with each customer's financial and expense systems. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate field insights into product priorities, enhancing deployment experiences. Additionally, you will lead integration workstreams for ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense platforms, balancing speed and rigor for various deployment scales. Serving as the senior implementation voice on complex sales cycles, you will partner with sales teams on scoping, technical requirements, and time-to-first-transaction to exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of hands-on experience in implementation, solutions architecture, or technical program management within corporate card, spend management, or B2B fintech companies, including at least two years in a leadership role. Proficiency in managing end-to-end corporate card program implementations, translating finance and IT requirements into deployment plans, and serving as the senior technical voice on deals is essential. Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct), HRIS, SSO, and expense platforms (Concur, Expensify, Ramp, Brex) is required. Familiarity with card issuing and payments infrastructure is a plus.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $125,800 to $160,000 USD, with additional equity and potential annual bonuses.
