NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Marketing Paralegal to join its Universal Destinations & Experiences legal team in Universal City, CA. This role involves reviewing a wide range of marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with various laws and corporate guidelines. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities include reviewing marketing collateral across all channels, such as press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content, to ensure compliance with FTC and marketing laws, trademarks, rights of privacy/publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. The paralegal will also review scripts and storyboards for social media, radio, and television commercials, prepare first drafts of product and offer terms and conditions, deal memos, and boilerplate marketing contracts, and assist in monitoring compliance with company-wide policies related to customer data, privacy, and security.

Candidates should have a minimum of six years of in-house experience focusing on marketing/advertising, intellectual property, and internet-related/privacy matters, preferably in the entertainment industry. A Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus.
