Sr. Systems Engineer, AI Solutions

In the role of Sr. Systems Engineer, AI Solutions on the Corporate Engineering team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions across General & Administrative (G&A) functions—including People, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security—while also leading company-wide, cross-functional AI initiatives that span multiple teams.

This role partners closely with G&A leaders to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable better decision-making through thoughtful AI adoption. In parallel, you’ll collaborate with other AI-focused partners to ensure internal AI solutions are aligned, reusable, and scalable across the company.

What you’ll do as a Sr. Systems Engineer, AI Solutions Lead at Vanta:

- Partner with G&A teams (People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security) to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven improvements

- Analyze existing systems and workflows to uncover areas where AI can reduce toil, improve accuracy, or accelerate outcomes

- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that align with functional needs and company standards

- Lead AI solutions that span multiple teams or apply broadly across the company (e.g., internal assistants, automation, intelligence layers)

- Help establish best practices and reusable patterns for internal AI development within Corporate Engineering

- Build and configure AI-driven solutions using a mix of declarative (clicks-based) tools and custom development (code)
