About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Development Engineer to act as a technical bridge between Customers and Crusoe’s Real Estate, Business Development, and Mechanical Design teams for electrical design. This role focuses on the early conceptual design phase of Crusoe’s data center campus projects. You will support Crusoe’s leadership team and senior staff during early stage development by creating concepts for power distribution systems that are safe, reliable, and constructible at a fast pace. The role will also flex into other projects that are at a more mature design phase.

This position requires an electrical professional with a mix of electrical construction and design methodologies, problem solving that at times will push norms, and a strong background in fast paced design....
