Staff Product Designer, Pay Ecosystem
Remote is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our Pay Ecosystem Product Design team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our global payroll solutions, ensuring that our customers can pay anyone, anywhere, safely and compliantly. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and impactful design challenges within a high-profile area of our business.
In this role, you will lead the design efforts for your domain, making strategic decisions related to core features and driving initiatives focused on future functionality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that lead to intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including product managers and engineers, to understand customer needs, generate creative ideas, validate solutions, and implement them to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have exemplary experience in designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces, particularly for enterprise users. A strong portfolio showcasing holistic, scalable systems thinking and a masterful understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals is essential. You should possess masterful communication skills, enabling you to build strong narratives around your design work and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders. Experience in designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech or FinTech is preferred.
Remote offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,700 to $159,050 USD for this full-time position.
