Staff Product Manager, Equity Foundations

Ledgy, a company founded in 2017, is on a mission to make Europe a powerhouse of entrepreneurship by building a modern, tech-driven equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies. The company operates globally from offices in Zurich and London, fostering a diverse team from 26 different countries.

As a Staff Product Manager (Equity Foundations) at Ledgy, you will be instrumental in scaling the foundational components of our equity management platform. Your primary focus will be on equity types, transactions, and vesting, ensuring data accuracy and driving adoption of these core features as we expand into new markets and serve larger public businesses.

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the equity management market and our customers' needs, systematically analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and define the vision and strategy for core product components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute roadmaps, align your team around strategic goals, and manage product delivery in an agile setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, building customer-facing B2B SaaS products, with relevant experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting. A strong understanding of financial systems and compliance frameworks is essential, along with the ability to scale complex products across jurisdictions in regulated spaces. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
