Staff Product Manager, GoFundMe Pro (Checkout/Donation Flow)
The Staff Product Manager, GoFundMe Pro (Checkout/Donation Flow) is a pivotal leadership role within GoFundMe's Product Management organization, focusing on the GoFundMe Pro vertical. The primary objective of this position is to innovate and optimize the end-to-end donation and checkout experience for high-impact fundraisers and organizations leveraging the GoFundMe platform. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and data, to drive initiatives that directly impact the core giving experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing product vision and strategy for the donation flow, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, and ensuring seamless and impactful user journeys. The Staff Product Manager leads the roadmap for core aspects of the Pro product, prioritizing features that reduce friction, enhance donor conversion rates, and support nonprofit and enterprise partners. The role requires monitoring KPIs, releasing incremental improvements, and maintaining close communication with engineering and design counterparts.
Candidates should have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a background in e-commerce, payments, or donation platforms. Strong analytical abilities, a user-centric mindset, and proven success in managing and scaling complex product flows are essential. The ideal applicant will have demonstrated project leadership, deep familiarity with experiment-driven development, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
