Staffing Operations Supervisor (Legal Services)
The Staffing Operations Supervisor at ABC Legal Services leads a team of 7–10 recruiters in a high-volume legal staffing environment. This role is pivotal in driving team performance, ensuring accountability to key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing recruiters to consistently meet production, quality, and margin goals. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the recruiting team to ensure strong daily performance, driving production across coverage, scheduling, and fulfillment metrics, and owning and tracking KPIs such as placements, coverage, margin, and loss prevention. The supervisor conducts daily stand-ups and performance reviews to maintain accountability, coaches recruiters on pipeline management and candidate quality, monitors losses and margin adherence, and partners with leadership on staffing forecasts and coverage strategy. Additionally, the role involves improving and scaling recruiting processes for efficiency and consistency, developing top performers, addressing underperformance promptly, and collaborating closely with operations and account management teams.
The ideal candidate possesses 2–4 years of experience leading teams in high-volume recruiting or staffing environments, with a proven track record of meeting aggressive production targets. Experience in coaching recruiters to enhance performance and output, a strong understanding of staffing metrics, margins, and loss prevention, and a data-driven approach using KPIs and dashboards are essential. The role requires comfort in high-accountability, fast-paced environments, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to balance speed and quality, experience in developing talent, and clear, direct communication with a focus on results.
Compensation for this position ranges from $63,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience.
