Stage Customer Service

Eurofins Biolab is seeking a motivated individual to join their Customer Service department in Vimodrone (MI) as an intern. This role is integral to supporting the company's BioPharma division, which provides analytical services to pharmaceutical and medical device clients worldwide.

The intern will be responsible for managing ongoing and planned activities, maintaining continuous communication with clients and internal staff via phone and email. Key tasks include preparing commercial documents such as offers and providing technical support. The role requires regular use of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and proficiency in English.

Candidates should possess a degree in Bioengineering, Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), or other scientific disciplines. An excellent command of the English language is essential, as part of the interview may be conducted in English. Strong computer skills, an interest in office work, and a predisposition for interpersonal relationships are also required. Residency in Milan or nearby areas is preferred.
