As a CXO Specialist at WPP Media in Eindhoven, you will be instrumental in optimizing websites and online advertisements for leading Dutch brands. Our focus on Consumer Experience Optimization (CXO) places the consumer at the heart of our strategies, distinguishing us from traditional Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) approaches. By integrating various research methodologies, you will develop and validate hypotheses through A/B/n testing, both on a large scale and tailored to specific target groups. This structured approach enables you to discern what resonates with our clients' audiences, leading to impactful outcomes such as transforming successful Facebook test variants into concepts for new TV commercials.
Your primary responsibilities include initiating and managing optimization projects that enhance user experience and drive engagement. Collaborating closely with channel specialists, you will strategize on personalized advertising targeting and translate UX research insights into actionable website hypotheses. Regular team meetings will provide opportunities to discuss ongoing actions and explore innovative AI applications that could benefit your clients. Additionally, you will present A/B test results to clients, offering data-driven recommendations to refine their digital presence.
We seek individuals who are inventive, proactive, results-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. While experience in CRO or CXO is advantageous, a strong drive and passion for the field are paramount. A background in psychology, research, or marketing is preferred, as is familiarity with jQuery, JavaScript coding, and tools like GA4 and Optimizely. An affinity for online advertising will also be beneficial in this role.
