Store Operations Associate - Ampelokipoi

Wolt is seeking a part-time Store Operations Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Ampelokipoi, Athens. As a key member of our rapidly growing grocery delivery service, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additional duties include unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems with precise information about products, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential, as our Wolt Market operates seven days a week from 07:00 to 00:00. Previous experience in a grocery store is advantageous. Fluency in Greek and the legal right to work in Greece are required.
